This is an easy and yummy taco recipe that the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients
1boxOld El Paso stand n' stuff taco shells
1pound93/7 Ground Beef
1/2cupShredded sharp cheddar cheese
1packageH-E-B Low Sodium Taco SeasoningThis one is my favorite
1Tomato
1/2cupSalsa
2cupsShredded lettuce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Spray a 9x13 metal baking dish with olive oil cooking spray
Place taco in metal baking dish and put about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese in each shell
Put taco shells with cheese in oven to cook for about 5-8 minutes
Cook ground beef for about 10 minutes until brown and well done
Add taco seasoning and water according to taco package instructions
Allow taco meat to simmer about 5 minutes
Spoon about 1/4 cup taco meat into each taco shell
Top each taco with 3 tablespoons of cheese
Place in the oven and cook for about 10 minutes
Remove tacos from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes
Notes
You can add as many garnishes as you like. Our family loves adding salsa, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole. This is the perfect Taco Tuesday meal. Enjoy!
